· One to two years trade school (mechanical equipment operation, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and/or hydraulic), specialized training or similar on-the-job training program plus minimum one year experience.

· Proficient knowledge/skills in failure analysis, troubleshooting, machine repairs, shop and tool use.

· Ability to read mechanical drawings and blueprints.

· PC experience

· Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.

· Organizational skills and maintain good attendance.

· PREFERRED: previous maintenance experience in injection molding. Electro-mechanical experience a plus.

· Maintain equipment in its original state to assist production

· Perform preventive, predictive and proactive maintenance on equipment and facility.

· Knowledge/skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, wiring, failure analysis, machine repairs.

· Machine and equipment troubleshooting.
